180 GSM Combed Cotton Jersey
The sample development specification is 100% combed ring-spun cotton single jersey at 180 GSM, combined with 100% cotton floral lace sleeve inserts.
We can use buyer-specified fabrics or recommend suitable alternatives based on your target handfeel, garment structure, season and budget. Composition, weight, texture and finishing can be adjusted and confirmed through sampling.

This style is garment dyed and then washed for an intentionally varied coral appearance. Shade variation is part of the approved visual standard; unwanted color transfer is controlled separately through sampling and testing.
Production supportProposed Wash-Performance Targets
For sample approval, the proposed targets after an agreed wash-and-dry procedure are:
- Body length and width dimensional change: no more than 3%.
- Garment spirality after laundering: no more than 3%.
- Cotton lace insert dimensional change: no more than 3%, with no detachment or unacceptable distortion against the approved sample.
- Wash color change and staining of adjacent fabric: grade 4-5 or better on the relevant grey scales.
Suggested methods are ISO 6330 for washing, ISO 5077 for dimensional change, ISO 16322-3 for spirality and ISO 105-C06 for wash colorfastness, rated with ISO 105-A02/A03 grey scales. The specific wash cycle and final tolerances are agreed in the tech pack.
