Suggested 160 GSM Modal-Cotton Single Jersey
For this development sample, we suggest 60% modal / 40% combed cotton fine-gauge single jersey at 160 GSM. The lightweight knit is selected for a soft handfeel and natural drape that suits the floral style and flutter sleeves. This is a proposed specification, not a composition verified from the pictures. Weight, opacity on the white ground, shrinkage and handfeel are assessed on a physical sample.
We can use buyer-specified fabrics or recommend suitable alternatives based on your target handfeel, garment structure, season and budget. Composition, weight, texture and finishing can be adjusted and confirmed through sampling.

Layered Flutter Sleeve Construction

Develop the ruffles from matching body fabric with a narrow finished edge; confirm the number of layers, drape, armhole balance and seam finish on the sample. The supplied B image is a three-quarter view, so the full back design remains to be confirmed with the buyer.
