210 GSM Cotton-Polyester Compact Jersey
The sample uses 210 GSM compact plain-knit jersey in 70% cotton and 30% polyester. Its even surface and moderate body help the oversized shape hang cleanly and support the dimensional lettering. Final handfeel, opacity, shrinkage and wash appearance are checked on the approved physical sample.
We can use buyer-specified fabrics or recommend suitable alternatives based on your target handfeel, garment structure, season and budget. Composition, weight, texture and finishing can be adjusted and confirmed through sampling.

Fabric sourcing supportHeat-Molded Embossed Fabric Lettering
The raised chest letters are formed from a separate fabric piece using a letter-shaped mold and high-temperature pressing. This creates a convex relief effect on the garment front. The white sample has black-and-white zebra-patterned letter faces with raised white borders; the black sample uses pink and charcoal patterned faces with dark borders. Fabric selection, mold definition, attachment and wash performance are confirmed through physical sampling.
Oversized Short Sleeve Construction
Both colorways show a crew neck, dropped shoulders, short sleeves and a relaxed body. A smaller text graphic sits across the upper back. Neckline finish, body width, sleeve length, graphic placement and size grading follow the buyer's approved fit and artwork samples.
Artwork, Labels and Approval

Yes. Both pictured backs carry a small upper-back text graphic. Placement and artwork can be changed for an approved private label order.
Is the displayed amount a final order price?
